Decades of Experience

Helen Graham founded Helen’s Electrolysis in 1976, during a time when women in business were scarce.

Helen graduated with honours from Swanson School of Electrolysis when it was established in Abbotsford in the 1970’s. Helen’s remarkable talents made her known for always putting clients first and to become a beloved pillar in the community.

Helen passed down her talents to her daughter Tamara who excelled in her training and joined the business in 1986.

In December 2019, Helen contracted COVID 19 and developed severe respiratory complications that caused her to struggle until she ultimately passed from them in 2019. Helen is dearly missed, but her legacy lives on through her daughter and her reputation remains as a testament to the lasting impact one persons dedication can have on a community.

About Us

Tamara is a Certified Professional Electrologist with over 40 years of experience, TransCare BC approved electrolysis provider, practical instructor at Swanson’s Canadian Institute of Electrolysis and longstanding member of Canadian Organization of Professional Electrologists. 

In recent years, Tamara has been sharing her knowledge and love of electrolysis with the next generation of electrologists as a practicum instructor for Swanson’s Canadian Institute of Electrolysis. Her students have excelled in their course work and careers after graduation, with many opening their own successful clinics across BC.

Her students have gone on to excel in their course work and careers after graduation, through working for Tamara and starting their own businesses.
